Most important thing in this business is your clients- buyers. So you must to keep these steps if you want to be successful.

1. Be fast in comunication. Don’t make client to wait. Always answer to his question as soon as possible. Buyers hate to wait long.

2. All your answers must be honest. Don’t lie. Hmm… Maybe just sometimes when you really need this.

3. Provide tracking numbers. Always update Paypal and eBay with newest information about delivery.

4. In item’s package insert some gift card, or something like that with thanking about buying. It will show for your clients that you care them.

5 . After buying, contact you client and ask about quality of your services, about item, has it came without damage.

6. Leave positive feedbacks (for buyers), they will reward you the same.
There are not all tips which are important in your realtionships with clients. Also I offer to read some books about comunication with buyers, marketing and etc. It will help you better understand policies of seller.

eBay and Paypal aren’t very nice with their clients. Support is really slow, and sometimes need to write emails for long time that all problems would be resolved. But you can avoid these issues. I know, it’s hard, it’s really hard, but it’s possible. Let me show you some tips.

1. Try avoid cases, problems and etc. with your buyers. With every case your potentional of being suspended increase. So be honest with your clients.

2. Always be ready to provide papers and documentation: copy of ID, invoices (of your bought items), tracking IDs, proof of address. Also be ready to fax it to eBay. If you haven’t fax at home or it is hard to get your papers faxed, use Faxzero.

3. If your account gets suspended, don’t write a lot of emails. Better call. Then you’ll get faster help and support.

There are 3 most important tips to avoid account suspension or resolve it as soon as possible.

However, it is better if you aren’t suspended one day.

1. Find out about company: are they registered, where is their office, try to use google to find some testimonials about them.

2. Call or email them. Try to find out more about them. Ask questions which are interesting to you. Make your own opinion about their business.

3. Make test order. Don’t buy a lot at the first time. One-two items will be enough. Also try to get discounts for this test order. Ask them prove their legitimate.

4. Don’t pay using Western Union (WU). Best payment methods are Credit Card and Paypal. Paying by paypal you can place dispute, paying by CC you can go to the bank and report about illegal business.

Also be very careful. If iPhone in Apple store costs about 299$, don’t believe if you find it for 99$. It is impossible. Even if you buy 100 or 1000 of iPhones.

1. We can use directories. There are view sites suggesting on becoming member (you have to paid for this services). However, they do not guarantee that you will be successful and find supplier which is good for you. There are few links which you can to check:

2. You can use some free directories. It is simillar to paid directories, but there aren’t any guarantees that all they’re 100% legit. So be careful with free directories. Some of them:

3. Find supplier yourself. It is the hardest, but I think best method. Sure it requires very big attention on every your step. How it works? It is simple. Just get to Google and type what you are looking for. Long hours at the front of your computer. But I believe that you would be successful

Everyone of us want to sell more items faster. I fully understand them. I also am happy when sell item after few hours of listing starting time. How to make this time shorter? I have few tips how to make it done.

1. Make good and informative descriptions. When potential buyer know all about item, he don’t need time to think about your offer. Also the item looks more attractive and nice.

2. Make unusual title. If you simply type iPhone 4G 16GB it looks to hackneyed. Better make something like that: Newest brand new Apple iPhone 4G 16GB. Use your creativity!

3. Be different. Make your listings better than your competitors. Never copy descriptions, texts, photos (especially with watermarks or copyrights) and so on.

4. Take your listings seriously. Do not use slang words, something what is known just for you. Make your listings simple, simple to understand, informative.

5. Use good pricing. Don’t make price of your item to low or to high. Look at other listings and prices.

6. Most important: Be creative, honest and interesting.

After starting selling on Ebay Tim wasn’t really successful. First 6 months weren’t profitable at all. But more important thing is that he got nice experience. After 6 months he earned his first 200$ on Ebay. He sold two LCD TVs with 100$ profit from each. Then he called me imediatly and said “Thank you!!!”. Then I almost created my blog, but after a week I guess, Tim called me again. He was really upset. I asked him what’s wrong and he answered that his ebay account was stolen, and he don’t know what to do. He was very lucky that day. The man who stolen account was total ***head and didn’t know how to use account properly. Tim just went to Ebay headquarters and got his account back. After that accident I sit at the front of my computer and started creating of blog, but I was stopped by next Tim call. I thought not again, I am bad teacher. I was right. Tim’s account was suspended. Tim droped ebay business for a while (1 years). I need a lot of time to make Tim back on Ebay. I wasn’t so bad as I thought. Tim was back and this time he was more self confident. After next 6 months he got his first 10 000$ profit. I was happy that I helped for someone to make his American dream to come true.

Dropshipping

Most simple and best opportunity to get some items for selling on Ebay. Principle is very simple. You list items from supplier list on your Ebay listings page. For example Led Flashlight. After few hours some guy buy it from you. He pays to your Paypal account. Then you go to your supplier site and make an order of Led Flashlight. But the item comes not to you, but straight to buyer. Sure in order phase you need fill the buyer details. Check image bellow for better understanding.

Wholesale

It is method for people who have funds to buy bigger quanity of items. How it works? You find supplier which offer some kind of items. Buy 10, 100 or more same items and get better prices than buying just one or few items. However you should have big amount of money, also then you are risking to lost some profit or even invested money, because of prices changes, droped popularity or other reasons. So with this you should be very careful. Don’t burn your money without serious researches of market. For starters I recommend use drop-shipping because of safety.

My offer- local stores

Use your living area shops to find original products or better price. Many people live in places which are in one or other way different. So you maybe are able to offer for buyers something what is unique. Or maybe the boss of TV’s shop is your good friend so you can get good prices and discounts. As I said before, be createful and use your imagination.

Ebay business starts from Paypal account creation. It is really simple. You just need go to www.paypal.com (also you need to have credit card, but it there are more opportunities, just check blog articles). Take to registration page and fill all blanks. Be honest and don’t lie. Write your real details. In other way you can have more problems when your account would be suspended. Are you done? Ok, then we can go to the next step.

Now we need to create Ebay account. It is most important part in our business. Fill the same details as in Paypal. You should connect your paypal and ebay accounts. All what you need is just watch instructions provided in registration page. Also ebay and paypal gives you a lot of information in Help tab. Recommend to use it.

After these steps we need to find some stuff what to sell. On the internet we can find thousands of suppliers. But if you want to be more succesful than others, be createful. You must find your niche, where are more free money and places to grow. If not, you can be the same as other ebay sellers and sell electronics, iPhones and other things, but then I am not sure that you will make 100$ or more dollars a day. So just use your imagination. Offer to find some good and legit golf equipment suppliers. There are many ways to sell items simply.
